History
In 1995, Clayton founded Crossroads Worldwide in his college dorm room. It flowed naturally out of his preaching ministry and since then has developed into a multi-faceted ministry that reaches hundreds of thousands of people around the world each year.
At its heart, Crossroads is about the Light of Christ shining in the life of people. As an Evangelist, Clayton proclaims the reconciliation of Christ through the Gospel. We have been blessed to be a part of God’s worldwide plan to redeem his creation back to Him.
The staff at Crossroads spends much of their time working with those who would like to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ…we call it “putting down deep roots” in Him. The ministry works in various ways with the local church to provide opportunities and training in Discipleship through our Missions Program, Itinerant Speakers, and our Community Discipleship Home.
Our philosophy is based on forming long-term relationships with Students and Pastors, as well as the different communities that we serve overseas. Many of the Student Ministers who come to camp were once campers themselves. Now that they have grown up and gone into vocational ministry, they choose to bring the students under their care back to Crossroads every year to experience God’s life-changing power.
