Matt Orth
Who Is Matt?
Matt is from Chambersburg, PA and is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College. He is a teaching elder at Broad River Community Church in Boiling Springs, NC. He is married to Shannon (since 1995!) and they have a teenage daughter named Micah and a baby daughter named Addi. Matt loves good friends, good movies, good coffee and great music written by real people.
Matt has been in ministry for 20 years now and is excited to be transitioning into a full-time lifestyle of ministering to the local church and writing. He has been blessed to have had a variety of ministry experience over the years ranging from church janitor to lead pastor and everything in between.

Intentional Discipleship
Matt is offering 4 spots this spring for a small discipleship group. He will meet with the group personally 4 times (once each in Jan, Feb, March, April) in Boiling Springs, NC for a four hour session each time. The sessions will be a combination of teaching, personal spiritual disciplines, Q&A, and principles for ministry. Matt will be available for the participants on a personal level throughout the semester. This group is designed for those called to ministry and who have at least completed high school. The cost for the discipleship group is $400 for the semester and will include all materials, food, and hot beverages of choice.
